PS3 system update

i got the new system update today(2.40). i just wonder if there are any throphies for oblivion or this question maybe is a little early to answer.

I think there is trophies for all games, I'm not sure and I wouldn't exactly know, however, say there is a trophy for completing the mages guild and you have already done that, you will have to do it again for it to register, I'm pretty sure on that fact.

The 2.40 update was recalled by Sony, hope your system is okay since you seem to have updated it before the recall.

Some systems were having load problems after the 2.40 update, as in they would not boot up. It's not a console-destroying error, but it will require something to fix it that doesn't require the console to boot first.
The trophies will not be in all games right away, each developer would have to release a patch for their game in order to have the trophy function. New games are supposed to start being released with the trophy support in it, but old games aren't unless the developers want to do it.

I'm glad I escaped that trouble, I do love all the features of the update though, and it's obvious that the trophies are like the xbox360's achievements.
