Huge problem with vampirism quest

Okey, i have quite an enormous, game-ruining vampirism quest problem.
It all started when Hal-Liurz said i should wait for her to bring the Count. Well, i waited, and waited.. then i checked the map, and found that she was "stuck" (that meaning she was just standing there doing nothing, and when i talked to her, she only repeated she was going to get the count for me, but she did just stand there doing nothing) on the road somewhere between Bravil and Leyawiin. So i thought to myself, ok, i wont get to finish the stupid quest, and get my reward,so what? at least i didnt have to be a vampire anymore. BUT, IF IT ONLY COULD BE THAT SIMPLE!! No, since Hal-Liurz wont go get the count for me, he wont give me my reward, and stop being a crybaby about his wife, so he is only [&@%!] at me, saying "Please,go away" when i talk to him. And where this gets to be a problem is at what i am doing now, i am trying to get help to Bruma in the "Allies for Bruma" quest.. could someone please help me with this, make a patch or something that can fix it? i dont want to f***ing start over again...

First as soon as you noticed it happend you should have reloaded your game. Now that you are all out of wack if you are on a comp I have heard Vook mention certain console commands that could transport her to the count or you could just be s)#& out of luck.

Hmm

Are you on PC or XBox. If your on PC you can use one of these console commands to get around your problem.

If your on XBox you'll have to reload and try again.
