I need help.
When I first got this game 2 months ago, I started shivering isles. I got the GOTY edition btw.
So I started it, didn't do much, then left to do other quests in Cyrodill.
Now, I've done so many quests I think in my quest log it erased my shivering ises quests. I looked through current and completed quests, and I've not found any. I think they got erased because they were so old.
So now I am trying to get the S.I achievements and I don't know what quest I am on!
I go to speak with Sheogarath, and he says:
Don't you have a quest to be on? or something like that.
I have no speak choices.
Help

Hmmm.... well i would look threw the quests on the wiki. And try and remember what you did last based off of that.

I forgot to mention something, MyDirelLife.
I think I am on the quest where I choose if I kill the 3 people or make them madmen. I believe it takes place in the Halls of Judgement of Eplidian or something or other.
When I go into the duengeun I cannopt get past it. I spent 3 hours looking for a way to get past the metal gate even thoug it says 'opened elsewhere'
There are no buttons for it either...

This might be your problem, i looked it up in the wiki.
From the wiki:If you exit Xedilian before talking to Kiliban about the Knights of Order, the gates will close and you will be permanently unable to complete the quest.
So maybe you already did that quest or somethin?

That sucks, because I do not remember doing this quest, but I do remember being in it...
Maybe I will try to do the next quest after it and see if I get a guest update?
Worst case senerio, I start a new game and just restart the shivering isles, since I won't lose any other achievements. Is it worth it?

Only you can decide if its worth it. No you won't loose any achievements but if really want to complete SI then yeah I guess you better create a new character

As long as you use a new save slot, you won't lost any of your old characters. There are some people who have over 10 different characters and switch amongst them periodically.

Mmm... I still have game saves from months ago and they haven't dissapeared even though ive made about 10 new characters since then.

How many quests can you have in your log util they are replaced
