What comes to mind when you think of the name, Shivering Isles?

Well, from the name alone, I'm imagining an arctic scene with little ice islands and penguins....
But, from what I know just from reading about it (not installing until I'm fairly done with Vanilla Oblivion....), it seems like a dark and crazy place...but with a pretty cool leader...Lord Sheogorath!

I would say the same thing, but IDK about the penguins tho
