Most worse looking NPC

What is the most worse looking NPC in the game? The one with the most votes will win!
I vote for
Jensine, who owns the "Jensine's Good as New Merchandise" in the Imperial City Market District.
Her body is ok, but her face looks awful.

Everyone's body shape looks pretty much the same. I think the guards look crappy.
The majority of them have huge noses and funny lips.

I think the worst looking NPC is one of the Mage's Guild Apprentices. He looks like a rat.(Sorry I don't have a screenshot).

The most worse looking NPC I have ever seen in Oblivion would have to be Myvryna Arano. just look at her!!!

I agree, I think that they look horrible.
I think Bethesda designed them to look ugly so you'd hate them.

Well Falanu Hlaalu, she is a she, but is referred to as he. Might be good looking...but your supposed to be a guy so you don't look the best(in my opinion).
Yeah I know the she is a he is a screw up.
