Mod: Cyrodil Terrain Map

I just applied the patch, and can't get this mod to work. The note on the Wiki says to change the date modified to today on the mod's files, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do that.
The files are .dds, and I can get Irfanview to open them, but not save them as .dds. Could someone help me please?

Did you have the mod working before the patch?
Or did you just install the mod and find that it doesn't work?

It worked nicely before the patch.
I know that the problem is to change the date on the three files (according to the wiki), but I have not yet been able to do that...
I just found another thread dealing with this issue here

They didn't solve this yet either. It applies to several of the recommended Mods...
