I hate owyn the arena blade master, martin septim, canceler ocato, but most of all i hate Valen dreth good thing you get to kill him

The Chancellor is nothing but a time-wasting bag of bones. He plays a part only near the end of the Main Quest. He doesn't even offer you military aid when you seek it. Martin could have just as well marched in and CLAIMED the throne on his own. No need to have the Chancellor there to induct him. Phooey.

That is all.

Ocato actually wanted to send troops to Bruma. He simply couldn't: generals kept telling him that they had no troops left to spare, as the Daedric invasion in the provinces had all legions fully committed to battle.

Of course, my current character is an actual soldier in the Imperial Legion, so, in essence, Ocato did send (one) Imperial Legion force to be reckoned with..

That list above is obscenely short. What about Gogan/Maelona from Anvil? What about Vilena Donton? Earana? The Orums?

Arvena Thelas is pretty high up the list for me.

so far the only one i hated was the Commerce lady, hated her so much, I put an aroow down her throat, so no house for me in IC

The Ottus family, Alessia Caro and Hildara Mothril. I quite like Ocato, though.

Owyn. With Dreth, you get to kill him. Adoring Fan too. Ocato lightens up later. Owyn won't freaking shut up and you can't kill him!

Ysabel Andronicus is pretty annoying.

The Orum Gang probably irks me the most, though. 'Specially the one who calls you a fly. >_>

Or that dark elf in Chorrol 2; Modryn Oreyn

Vilena Donton is stupid but in the begining I hated Modryn two, but at the end when you must work with him is is very friendly!

He is rude as heck to you, then he wants you to save him?

Mercator in the Skingrad castle. I want to go see the Count of Skingrad and he first tells me to wait until tomorrow, so I do so. I talk to him again and he says the same damn thing, come back tomorrow and he then has the nerve to insult me! This goes on for over 2 weeks of waiting and he keeps on saying to come back tomorrow, this idiot is so retarded. I saved the game, and then sliced his throat only for him to be "essential." I reload my save, wait half a week more nad he finally acknowledges that it has been a day. Ticked me off so bad!!!

Right after I finished the main quest, I fast traveled to cheydinhall and slit his throat . The best part was that my fame was so high from beating the main quest and all the guards loved me so much than when I attacked him, they all helped me and let me off the hook because they liked me so much. Plus I was a member of the mages guild so they joined in by burning him alive .

I can't even remember their names...as I usually just:

1) check to see they aren't involved in a quest,
2) if they are, I do the quest, then step 3 if not, then right to step 3,
3) I kill them...quietly,
4) go loot their house! (I'm amassing quite the key collection)

I pretty much hate anybody in the game who dismisses me as some kind of "lesser" when I'm the Grand Champion of the Arena, and I'm the one who closed the Kvatch gate... It's like, "Hey, don't you know who you're messing with?"
