1) Alchemy is your friend. Poisons against the vampires, multiple "restore health" drunk at once as temporary invulnerablity. Otherwise, just beef up, get stronger. And try to load the first poisoned stab/shot in stealth mode, it multiplies poison effects too.
2) You get the disease but it has no other effects than drain fatigue 5, you won't become a vampire again. Alchemy is your friend again, drink cure disease, or use the main altar at any chapel in a town. If you drank cure disease the first time, you'd avoid the whole long quest too.

A tip that I could tell you that helped me fight them is I just got them coming after me then went outside. Make sure it is day time and they will take sun damage as you are fighting them. So my strategy in simple was this. Poison my weapon, sneak attack, get outside, finish burning vampire off and take his dust. Always take V. Dust it makes some nice stuff. Hope that helps.

good answer

one more question,How can i increase my conjuration level?i bought like 4-5 spells of summoning creatures but i cant use it,my level is like 8...and i need at least 25 to summon something:D,so how can i increase that level?i looked over the guides, and there should be a master trainer down in the 'The Great Forest',but i cant find there!,u mind telling me where is it if u know where it is?

dudeio the easiest way to increase your conjuration level is find a cheap bound something spell and continuously cast it. Remember to watch you level ups as you dont want to go crazy and then get your modifier but use more than you need. Just spread out the process of leveling your conjuration no more than 10 levels per level up.

Master trainer will help you if your conjuration skill is over 75... Masters don't train n00bs ;) Just get some easy spell, bound dagger or such. Cast, sheathe the dagger, cast again...

Recharge items either at a guild, for a fee, or using a filled soulgem - you fill them by killing creatures (not NPCs) while they are under influence of a soultrap spell, while you have an empty soulgem of fitting size in inventory. Anyway, after this quest you'll get Azura Star, a reusable soulgem. Don't give it to Martin, do some other daedric quest instead and give him some other item.

i agree with vook, give him some item you wouldnt use in the game anyway (not seriously at least).
like, if you use swords, give him a blunt artifact.(Volendrung, Mace of Molag Bal)

If I were you I would not have used Azura's Star as the artifact to give Martin. That artifact is just about the most useful artifact in the entire game! A rechargeable grand soul gem?! Why would you ever give that away?

I am doing Namira's quest for the Daedric Item quest for Martin because its stats suck if you are higher level (over level 20). Magic ring drops, although random often are much better. I just got 2 random rings much better:
(1) Mundane Ring (50% Magic Resist, 35% Spell Reflection, value = 21,000 septims), and
(2) Ring of Skimming (Water Breathing, +20 Athletics, +20 Speed, value = 6500 septims)

Since no where else can you reproduce the abilities of many of the daedric items, I would suggest you pick something you know you will never use. If you do Namira's quest, you must have a personality lower than 65 or you will never get the quest (no longer true, see EDIT below). So do it early on. The actual personality level you need to achieve is 20, but since you can only drink 4 bottles of cheap wine at a time (-10 personality per bottle), and can only reliably get one personality drain helmet from a shop, 65 is the limit as far as I know.

EDIT: I just found out there are two buyable-only scrolls, both of which will drain your personality a whopping 50 points. They stack. You get them at two famous bookstores in Cyrodiil. So now, there is no built in personality limitation for Namira's quest.

Hmm

I would give him that one. You'll need to drink some cheap wine to make yourself ugly in order to get the quest. You don't even need to really kill anything once you get the quest, just run and cast a spell in some ruins on some priests. Then go back and get ring. There are better rings in game, as was mentioned, so your not losing much.

***Edit***
And RPGer already said that. Oh well theres a link. And a second opinion.

oh ok

Vampires - Azura Quest

Vampires don't like fire either, most undead you'll meet in Oblivion don't. You could try getting some Fireball type spells or scrolls to soften 'em up.
