Question about a charecter

I have beaten Morrowind, all the quests, twice. Once with a Mage-Warrior and a Mage-Thief. Well, now i havent played in a few months, and i want to make a Mage-Archer. What would be good skills to put in a custom class, what race should i use, and a good birthsign.
Note:The type of magic i use is Alchemy,Destruction,and Restoration, with a rare throw of Conjuration.

How about -
Race: Bosmer or Dunmer.
Sign: The Thief or The Shadow.
Attributes: Agility & Strength/Personality
Major -
Marksman
Alchemy
Sneak
Destruction
Acrobatics
Minor -
Security
Short Blade
Restoration
Athletics
Speechcraft/Mercantile

Race-Wood Elf
Birthsign-The Shadow
Atributes-Agility/Speed and Intelligence/Willpower
Major Skills-Marksman,Destruction,Restoration,Light Armor,and Sneak
Minor Skills-Short Blade,Alchemy,Acrobatics,Athletics,Mercantile

Hah, I just realised I didn't memtion an armor.
Yeah, that build looks good.
