Ok. As most of you know I was having a problem with OOO but it's fine now.
But ever since i installed it I will get on my new char and play for I don't know.... 20 mins. And then everything laggs, I can't play really I try to fight and it's impossible to do with out major skip lagg with this Skip lagg(as i call it)=Death all the time. I put on deadly reflex's but that won't let me hotkey my moves.... So i was wondering why i was lagging if any one with OOO knows. Note: I was lagging before Deadly Reflex's Was installed.

I have also done disc cleans and what not so please help!

I don't really know that much about mods, but if I had as much trouble as you've had I think I would stop using them all together. :P

I have some lag using mods. Try Streamline, low-poly grass, Purfge cell buffer, etc (performance enhancer mods)

Try a fresh install of Oblivion. I have found that this tends to solve a lot of things... only downside is that you'll need write down the mods you use and install them properly. Also, what kind of soundcard are you running on your pc?

You're probably lagging because some of OOOs scripts get really really big, and check themselves more often than they need to. And that puts a big strain on your processor.

An easy way to get rid of that is when you start up Oblivion, go to the data checker, and uncheck all the graphic mods. Stuff like living waters, or whatever it's called, or any of the mods that affect the appearance of the game. That should help a lot.
