!!!Cannot re-enter the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary!!!

Don't know why i can't do that! Everything was OK but from some time Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Cheyndinhal is inactive. The door icon apears but when I enter nothing happens. Is it a bug or I did something? Before that I tried steal things from Brotherhood but then reloaded previous quicksave...

I've just checked and this happens in _every_previous_save_ so it must be kind of bug or something. And I wonder if Beta English v 1.1 Patch could do this, 'cous as I recall there were some problems during the upgrade. What should I do now? Should I reinstall the hole game?
