I seen Most Honored Listener isnt a modderator (for unclear reasons) anymore, i think he should get his position back he was a great modderator

Why did he have his title taken away? I wish we knew, he deserved it, hes always been a good mod.

Just so everyone knows. The decision wasn't made on any single act. There have been plenty of incidents since MHL became a helper-mod, including plenty of users who were upset at that decision. As you can see from this poll here, there are still a few who feel very strongly against his return to being a helper-mod.

I have not voted and will not vote.

I haven't voted because I don't want to pass judgment on something I don't really know about. I don't have any problem with MHL except that hey man, you should learn to use punctuation. It would make your posts a lot easier to read.

It was falsely being accused of advocating piracy.

...or maybe it was that a Moderator Locked a topic, which HML Unlocked, not once.., but twice. To reply.., and "Advocate Piracy". He was told by PM to let it go, but chose to continue.

This was not the first, or only incident, but rather, the last straw. The other Moderators and Administrators were more than patient. He was in fact, talked to several times. He chose to ignore those talks, and thus chose the concequences. It was not a suprise to HML. Actually, I am suprised that this did not happen a while ago.

There was also no "Falsely" about it. He was telling people that it was Legal to download OB from the internet. Which should have actually caused him to be banned from the Forum as well.
