Hi all,

I know some of you might call it cheating. but whether I fast travel to Leyawiin or IC to sell of/fence my stuff it doesn't really matter in my opinion.
So my question is, how do I make Aurelinway(the one from frostcrag) a fence ?

I checked other fences including the fence in the Thieves Den mod, and the only thing in common I cuold find was the "MerchFence", though adding this to Aurelinway doesn't make her accept stolen goods.
I also added her in Fences faction, though that shouldn't be necessary looking at the oither fences, but either way none of it worked.
So does anybody know how I can fix this ?

lower her responsibility to 10 or 20. then tag her as essential so the guards won't kill her when she robs the store owner blind. that should effectively make her a fence.

ok heres the problem, when you modify the stats of an NPC you are setting what their stats are when they spawn. What you are probly doing is moding the npc, loading your saved game and going to her but guess what, she was spawned previous to you making these changes. You will need to somehow respawn her and im preaty new to moding so im not sure how you would do this. try going to some other city, resting for 3-5 days and coming back, she might respawn then.

In order for a merchant to buy stolen goods they require a responsibility under 30. 30 of course is when they will start stealing stuff if they can't get their own. Also the default respawn time for a cell is 72 hours. Considering you're on the PC, you could also just type disable then enable with her selected, I believe that counts as a "respawn".
