Ah, Anvil. I thought so. It has a nice port. Can the ship sail or is it stationary? There's only a bit of coast line and two rivers accessible from Anvil, but it would still be nice.

It uses the "smuggler's cove" situated under castle anvil. Anyone noticed the glitch yet

? It seems that one of anvil city walls has accidently been knocked out of place. If you walk from the castle over the little bridge, then about two or three wall segments to the left (NW), one has a crack down it and you can walk into anvil, only its the exterior Tamriel anvil, not the real anvil interior cell. Will be mailing Bethesda about it

Is this available for the 360 yet?

Is it worth buying this if you already have Frostcrag and play a mage-type character?

yes it is for the 360, and yes i suggest buying it. You get a team of pirates to do weekly plundering, and you get a fence and merchants that sell new enchanted items.
