Damn that Fathis Ules!!

I have completed the quest "Sins of the father" and as you kno, you cnt sell your loot to Fathis Ules any more to reach the 1000 gold target for the Thieves Guild. is there any way around this or can i use the previously used fences in the other cities? this is so annoying cos its the last mission for the thieves guild.
Just wondered if any one had a way around it , Thanks.

There is no problem in using the other fences.

I usually just steal everything from Bruma and get to 1000 gold before my first quest just to avoid the wait between the contracts.

I've been wondering this for a while, if you do 'sins of the father' before you join the thieves guild, can you still use Ules once you reach the appropriate rank.

I actually never have been able to use him for some reason.

I don't think he's even around before you join the Thieves Guild.

fathis ules is a prick. when i try to sell him my stuff its eather 1) i cant find him 2) the "barder" option isnt on.

Yes I hate that. The only time you can trade with him is when he's setting on what I guess to be his storage chest

When he approaches you about the quest for the brothers you can fence through him lol just found that out

I can't use him as a fence either. Every time I talk to him he says "You've made your choice, now go" (I handed in the honorblade of Chorrol, so he's [&@%!] at me)
