Skyrim AE: Lucia & Lydia never arrive home

So, I'm running into an issue with Skyrim AE.
I have married Lydia and adopted Lucia. My home is the Goldenhills Plantation. I've tried using the wait feature, sleeping, adventuring somewhere else for a bit, restarting the game, and even spawning them in manually. Nothing seems to work. Neither ever shows up at the house. What can I do?
