Xbox 360
I'm getting a good computer that is shipping to me in August, its a Dell XPS 720. But since its going to have Vista and there are apparently a lot of problems on the Comp version with and without Vista... Ill just stick with the 360.

I'm thinking other of an X1950 PRO or XT version, but if I could find a 7900GT, that would rally make my day.

Purchased just a few weeks ago:
Amount of memory: 2 GB
Graphics Card: Gainward 8800 GTS 320
Motherboard: MSI P965 Neo
Power Supply: Hiper 580 W
Processor: Intel E6420 2.13 GHz
Operating System: Vista Premium 32-bits, but configured for XP look-n-feel

Hard drive space: 500 GB
Sound Card: Creative Audigy Platinum (from my previous PC; still a very good card)
Type of cooling: Stock
I haven't overclocked at all yet, as it increases the fan noise. Otherwise the PC is pretty quiet. It only increases when I play games (just finished Shivering Isles).
If you have XP I recommend you wait with upgrading to Vista. It will eat tons more memory than XP, is (of course) not faster, and has (of course) worse application compatibility. Not that I've had much problems with games though, but certainly with device drivers. And please don't get Vista for the Aero UI. It's 99% hot air (pun intended) and 1% a real improvement.

I play on the Millennium Falcon Eternal. Rebuilt, rebuilt and rebuilt again. It started out as a Hyundai 088 clone (no HD, two five-inch floppy drives, black-orange monitor) and underwent many interesting transformations until it boasts of a 230 GB HD, a 2.01GHz AMD Athlon processor, a nVidia GeForce 7800 GT graphics card and a whopping 1GB of RAM on a Gigabyte forgot-the-number motherboard, not to mention the Zalman water cooling system (looks as cool as it is

), and it runs WinXP pretty well. I still miss the Hyundai case the Millennium Falcon Eternal outgrew sometime in Pentium MMX era.
BTW I'm not playing Oblivion. I'm just testing my new graphics card. I started the test a little more than a year ago and I still need more observations to validate my opinion. I've only completed the game once and tried out just five characters; this is not a definitely representative sample

I cant see why that comp should be so bad. 2 gigs of ram, and a 3ghz prosessor ain't so bad.
