how much fame must you have to buy rosethorn hall because i have 11 but they keep saying they need somebody of distinction or more fame.

11 is nothing I think you either need 25 or 50 fame.. I think

Yeah, unless you were only exploring caves or doing evil quests, you should have more than enough by the time you get the money for it.

And it requires reknown, not fame. Reknown = fame - infamy

No, it needs Fame, not both. I was going to buy Arborwatch, the Countess said she needed someone more well known before I could buy it and I had 149 Infamy and 12 Fame.

he is saying that fame MINUS infamy is what you need...not both
