Access to mined skills database

Hi UESP team,
We used to be able to access mined information such as skills, e.g.:
https://esolog.uesp.net/viewlog.php?act ... s&id=57210
Now it's asking for a login and password, but that's not the same login that we use for the forums.
Is there any way to restore access so that login isn't needed to access the database?
