Problem with latest TR and MGE-XE

I've installed the latest TR release and the MGE-XE patch. When I run Morrowind I get:
Missing object "T_Mw_Fau_Kwoom_TameS_01" for reference during cell "Shipal-Shin Region' (no source)" load.
followed by many other "Missing" errors.
Any advice what I've done wrong?
