Can't upload an avatar

Hello! Can you tell me how to set my avatar on the forum? In the profile found the right item, but I can not download. Thank you in advance.
The image you upload to be your avatar has to fit the maximum dimensions of 135x135 pixels and the file size cant be too large
Your best bwt is to use an image editor to shrink the image to your preference and condense the file
