There is a Skooma den in Bravil, or if you go on a Burglary run, you can find it in quite a few of the houses in Talos Plaza district in IC.

Outside Leyawiin, theres an Imperial soldier who wants you to kill a skooma dealer. 'nuff said.

Shady sam outside the IC sells it

and the skooma den has like 65 bottles of the stuff which if you want to sell can make you very rich

bad bad bad, just kidding, but sometimes i just find random people drinkin all the skooma they can get there hands on and will i kill them they have like 3, and also, drink like 8 bottles of skooma so you run very fasy, and then jump around till your fatigue goes all the waydown, and eventually your character will just fall down and lay there for like two minutes.... talk about baked

yea ive never seen that video before but yes, its very fun to do it in a small building like that because you go flying off the walls lol

LOL is that posseible to do ? I tried drinking alcohol and my guy didnt fall

We need a mod that lets you make your own skooma!!!

There are 3 bottles in the private room of Roland Jenserick house

My first 2 characters are honest and noble to the core, although my 3 was planned to be the evil one who completes Dark Brotherhood Quests. As soon as I left the sewers, I went to Sam, duped some Skooma then killed Umbra. He now carries 2-3 thousand bottles of the nasty stuff and can only carry them or even move when he is all toxercated.

there is a good amount in Riverview in Cheydenhal

So try it and see what happens, though i dont think it will work, it must be a mod if you ask me

you can make "SKOOMA" just do fortify speed magnitude 100 of course youll need acsees to frostcrag or the Arcane uni and set the durtation how ever you like and name it Skooma then cast the spell drink skoooma and you got its effects but ten times better
