I recently found out
'Drarayne Thelas' is an anagram of 'her sane rat lady'. Is this deliberate, given that she is the subject of a
quest involving rats? Her
Oblivion counterpart is even referred to as 'the rat lady'.

It might have been intentional, although I've never seen confirmation of it being intended. I really wouldn't be surprised, though, with how many other easter eggs there are.
