Rotate item mod help

hello i have tried using to mods without much success
i Have used decorator Plus

and then i used Rotate enhanced

two spaces between . and com
The problem i get is i can move them in place and get the items all nice and then i come back and they have rotated or even moved varies by item almost. i even tried to fix it using the console after it rotated but when i reloaded it was turned again is there a way to lock them in place when you get done or what?
