Few things have saddened me more than the last paragraph

I can't describe how heartbreaking it is to see UESP, which I've always held in high regard when it comes to respecting the lore of TES, hop onto the lore-destroying "Yaaayyy!! Necromancer class!!!!" bandwagon

It's, like... One throw-away line.
How would a necromancer class be lore destroying? You can practice necromancy and do all sorts of unquestionably evil in every single ES game, and 9 times outta 10 you get a free pass because you're the local hero. Don't see why this can't be the same way.

How is that heartbreaking? Can an author not speculate? Especially on un-used content/data in an update? On a blog?

"Oh cool, we might get to see Sload" Is this not something the fan base have been asking for, well, more than decade and a half?
^Not to mention what Union's on about, what's all the griping about for

Also, the blog didn't specifically state that it was members of the UESP community asking for a Necromancer class, just that it was a common request and that may or may not be included when Sloads are officially introduced in ESO.
