I have used the console (not a great idea I agree) to add 100 K dragon-bone arrows.
I saved 91 K of them in a chest and distributed the other 9 K over some other chests and have used many of them.
Now whenever I try to take the 91 K arrows from the chest, the game shuts down right away.
I have tried adding more arrows and then taking them, game shuts down.
I have tried using the duplicateallitems and removeallitems console commands, game simply freezes and PC needs a forced restart.

I really would love to get rid of them as they are ruining my perfect chest strategy.
Although I can live with them being stuck, I would appreciate any help.
PS. I do have the UESP bug patch latest version

I have solved the problem and those 91 K arrows are somewhere lost in Oblivion.
In order to help others in case they face a similar problem, here is exactly what happened so that chest became empty.

1) I had Mjoll the lioness follow me (I think any follower will work)
2) I took her to the Breezehome house
3) I asked her to take all items from that chest using "I want you to do something" command then targeting the chest
4) For some reason, she only took 65,536 arrows and left the rest which I also couldnt take for some reason
5) I sold all 65,536 Dragonbone arrows to Mallus Maccius (the fence at Whiterun who operates at the Honningbrew Meadery)
6) I traveled to Solitude then Markarth then Windhelm
7) Then back to Honningbrew Meadery to check if the arrows arent in Mallus' inventory and they were not
8 ) Went back home to take the other arrows and still cant take them and even Mjoll (my follower) couldnt even take 1 arrow
9) I opened the console and used duplicateallitems on the chest and the 25,464 arrows became 50,928
10) I opened the chest and took all the arrows with success
11) Went to Mallus and sold him the arrows
12) Did my traveling around Skyrim
13) Finally went back to Honningbrew Meadery and he had zero Dragonbone arrows
14) I went back to Breezehome to check on the chest and it was indeed EMPTYYYYYY

so the lesson is: don't play with console

Yes ... because playing with the console will screw you at one point
