Confronted by Giant Spider walking through door to Market!

I walked through the gates of the Imperial City to get to the Market Place, and wound up being attacked by a giant spider and found myself in a desolated city within Gears of War, and when I checked my Inventory for a Daedric Claymore, or the Hammer of Dawn I immediately wound up on a frozen ice shelf in Lost Planet!
Anyone else having this issue?

Did someone drop a tab of LSD in your dinner? It does happen quite a lot.

try taking LSD then looking at an LCD screen you won't see anything the same
