Winking Skeever CTD; "moveto player"

As the title suggests, I'm experiencing ctd whenever I try to enter the Winking Skeever in Solitude. This is, I assume, due to the number of NPCs inside, as I'm running Interesting NPCs, Inconsequential NPCs, Helgen Reborn, Colorful Magic, Immersive wenches and Finnia follower mod. In my previous playthroughs, I'd always use the "moveto player" command to slowly get some NPCs out of the Winking Skeever and everything was well. I started this playthough and once again, I started moving the NPCs to me. I started with Finnia and it was fine. But then I tried the command on Vincent (from Colorful Magic) and Kirginne (from Immersive wenches) but nothing! "moveto not found". I tried it on some vanilla characters, like Lisette and the two Vinius, but still nothing: the damn command won't work! I've even tried it on other characters that have nothing to do with the Winking Skeever but it JUST WON'T WORK! I have no idea why. And before anyone asks, yes, I'm using the correct RefID. Does anyone know why it's not working? Or does anyone have a solution to enter the Winking Skeever without the game crashing? I've even tried to disable Helgen Reborn, so as to go back to the number of mods I've always used (it's my first time with it), but nothing, it still crashes.

then how much npc is in YOUR Winking Skeever if it crashes of npc count??? 50? 100??
i would more suspect mod conflict on that cell or on one or more npc in there or some items in there, also maybe conflict between mods caused winking skeever cell to change its cell reference without changing its entry reference or change its entry reference with out changing cell reference so it points to wrong reference or some other crap like that and when you try to enter it the game shows the finger and kicks you out to desktop.
I suggest you make save by entrance of Solitude and then disable one mod at a time and try to enter , if ctd then disable another mod and try again till it works then the last mod disabled caused the mess then enable other mods one by one till it still work.

I'll try that, thanks. Regarding "moveto player" not working: any idea why? Also, when I do "prid RefID" followed by "moveto player" (instead of RefID.moveto player) I get CTD.

The strange thing is that, on another character (I use the MO profiles), which has even more mods running (240 esps vs 237), the Winking Skeever works fine. Could the profile of my main somehow be corrupted?

its more of what exactly mod changes than how much mods there is (at least till you hit the limit of ff (255 minus 3 dlc and reserved ff for temporal references) of number of mods tho you are close to it) , also there can be corrupted save(s), also most (to my knowledge) mods should be installed (enabled) before starting "new game", also mod load order can be real nightmare with THAT much mods at once and can cause all kinds of weird things and with that much mods you Have to expect some conflicts. i when had legendary edition used max 5 mods at once to avoid messy situations but you - 240. unless you took days after days for compatibility checking and fixing you gonna get mess with that truckload of mods.
