The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild

It's clear early on that it's taken some inspiration from Elder Scrolls.
For the first time in the Zelda series, there is an a instant save/load feature rather than trying to find a bird statues or something.
There's no incredibly long intro cutscene/tutorial area, it pretty much just drops you in the game.
The map is enormous! I'd like to see a size comparison with Skyrim.
I didn't really think much of the new Nintendo Switch, I usually stick to PC.
But this game is actually really good.
You glide around with a paraglider, unless you find a wild horse and tame it.
It has a cooking/alchemy system (in my opinion) FAAAAR better than anything in ES.
Pick apples/flowers/fruit
catch fish/bugs/
hunt meat
monster parts from fallen enemies
Find a cooking pot, combine meat/other edibles to make food items that heal you/ give you buffs
(enemies no longer drops hearts when defeated)
You just pause and heal
kinda like Elder Scrolls
Combine bugs/horns/teeth/talons/guts/eyeballs/lizards/butterflies/
to make powerful potions
Find scattered puzzle shrines to earn spirit orbs to gain bonuses to health or stamina
Climb ANY sheer surface... as long as you have enough stamina to make it and not fall.
I'm kinda used to the first person perspective of PC games...
But Zelda's targeting/dodging/strafing/backflipping combat system is pretty adaptable
I'm not comparing this to ES, by the way, I mean come on...
It's not an RPG game, you play as Link... who is a character
You don't make your own dude/story like in a ROle playing game.
You dress up as a girl to get into Gerudo Fortress, but that's it!
That's the closest you get!
There is a clothing system, by the way, different clothes give you different buffs
Like, if you're going somewhere cold, you're gonna need to wear a warm doublet,
or cook up some spicy meat and seafood fry to buff your cold resistance.
Oh yeah, there's a temperature factor.
In Skyrim you can run around in the snow wearing nothing and be just fine...
huh?
There's no skills or anything...
You get more life, by getting more spirit orbs and you
get better weapons as you fight tougher enemies in the world.
The weapons break so fast, though! It's insane!.
Kill like one group of enemies, that's it. it shatters.
I don't know if there's a way to repair weapons...
I've been playing for a few days, and I still haven't gotten very far,
currently I'm trying to uncover the whole map (you have to activate towers)
