I ricently instaled Skyrim with all DLC to playe them as i never finished more then base game att begining.
Frst i notice some NPC in start of entering the Helgen att cinematic, some bumping ride.
Next time i notice talmors are not in their spot, thief dialog going off to late so we seet ther and he drive into the wall for like 15 sec..

Most anoying is the tower when dragon need to brake the wall, so i stand ther and nothing hapens, i know that Esc can some time speed up scripts so i go and pres Esc and animation hapen sort of, dragno do his stuff but wall dont get distroyed... Its all sort of funky stuf hapening that i dont even whana procide into the game if this will gona be all like it.

Frst time i played the game i nver got this problems, now with all DLC it all gone to hell.
I tried to google some of it but most of posts are old and idk what solutions are up to date or if it even can be fix.

Im also using SKSE, i will trie to disabel UI and run game noramly but i feer ther be no difrance.
From my understanding i gess game got owerhelmed with DLCs inicialisation and knowing this new sistem of scripts we got introduced with Skyrim i gessing it make problems until they finish what they do. I be fine to endure some scripts loding if it will stop runining my game after.
If some one got expiriance with tis problems i be glad to know if this problem gona persist or how it can be fix.

Well, my first idea would be to completely uninstall and reinstall your game. the mods you listed should not be of any problem, unless your pc is somewhat old and he can't handle that amount of information at a time...

Seems like your script lag is high. But you don't have a lot of mods installed..... Something must be wrong with your saves or files. A new game is best or you could do what ^ said and reinstall everything.
