Character stuck running in place in Helgen

I installed a bunch of mods I just downloaded, and one of them is causing this strange game-breaking glitch. It happens in Helgen, just as Ralof tells you to jump across the gap to the inn on the other side. Every single time I attempt the jump, my character gets stuck in place, apparently walking but not moving. My controls are completely frozen, so I can't get out of this. It's as if the game is trying to run a special animation but isn't sure what to do. It happens whether I land safely, land in the fire, land on the railing of the inn, fall off the left side to my death, and even at the tower ledge before I can jump.
These are the mods I'm running, and the load order:
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch
Campfire
Unofficial High Resolution Patch
FloraRespawnFix
SkyUI
SkyCompleteLegendary
FNISspells
Brevi_MoonlightTalesEssentials
Better Transmute
hearthfireextended
RealisticNeedsandDiseases
RND_Dragonborn-Patch
RND_USKP-Patch
RND_Dawnguard-Patch
Duel-Combat Realism
UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul
Frostfall
RND_Hearthfires-Patch
Hunterborn
Hunterborn_RND-Patch
Hunterborn_Frostfall-Patch
Deadly Mutilation
Combat Evolved
I've heard of others who have had this same problem after installing a large number of mods, but I can't figure out which one is causing it. I'm going to try ruling out each of them, but this is going to take a while. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
ETA: I disabled Campfire, hearthfireextended, RealisticNeedsandDiseases (and all its compatibility patches) UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul, Frostfall, Hunterborn (and all its compatibility patches) and Deadly Mutilation. Now the game works. I'm going to start reintroducing them one at a time and see when it screws up again, so that I'll know which one is the culprit.
Edit2: It turns out that RealisticNeedsandDiseases, UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul, and Deadly Mutilation were ALL responsible for the glitch. The game works now that I've excluded them. I was really hoping to try some mods like this, so can anyone recommend some possible alternatives? I tried the newer version of RND that was picked up by a different author, but it doesn't work either. I also tried Amazing Follower Tweaks, but that doesn't work.
It turns out that EFF is the only stable follower overhaul I could find, and Imp's Basic Needs is more stable than RND despite being older.
