Looking for a pity party

I can't help but get slightly miffed/annoyed that, as a vampire, you're no longer recognized as a "Nord." Instead, you're recognized as a "NordVampire" (technically, "nordracevampire"). Being a vampire in Skyrim (with DG installed) is awesome, and it's otherwise an outstanding change in gameplay--but it's immersion breaking when you're no longer recognized as your base race because of a coding fluke. I get it: it's how the game's able to recognize you as "undead," but I'd hope there'd be a way of doing it without changing your race (which can be a huge dialogue changer, in-game).

Yep, incredibly annoying being treated as an outlander in Raven Rock while playing as a Dunmer.

Vorgoth, my glitched Argonian wereLord, has no idea what you're talking about.

I'm pretty sure unofficial patch fixes this I've never run into someone having the wrong race specific dialogue for me. Like the dungeon quest who referenced "filthy dark elf magic" said no offense.
All of you should get the patches now! How do you play without them?

Well you get called an outlander even as a dunmer if you didn't know. Since you came from Skyrim even if you may have been "born" in Morrowind. Maybe a "solstheim" outlander.
The only dunmer specific dialogue from raven rock guards is "if you have time couldn't hurt to pay respects at temple" only dunmer get that.
Then there is a nord and beast specific greeting but everyone is an outlander.

Because the Skyrim unofficial patches change more than they should, in my opinion. Introducing a new Meat Pie item due to a throw-away line of dialogue oversteps the line for me. I usually like to play as close to vanilla as possible, and Skyrim is still very much playable without them.

There's definitely more than that.
Adril Arano treats you like an idiot if you're a Dunmer vampire.

Ooooh, I like that. I later tried to think of ways to incorporate Saxhleel in there, but then I get tired of portmanteaus all over the place.

No pity from me. There's a reason why undead are the most universally reviled creatures across most known cultures.
TLDR: Talk to Dawnbreaker.
