Let's compile all the traps we find!

Yesterday I found one of those traps that, when you walk them, they damage you and make the sound of a spell being casted. It's the first time I found it, and of course it killed me (and also scared the heck out of me X_x).

The trap was on a very peculiar place I never found before, so, as dungeons consist of randomly placed blocks that may repeat themselves in diferent dungeons, I'm wondering if traps are placed in the same spots for everyone in a somewhat predictable way, or if they are placed completely at random and unarbitrarily for each player.

If they are always the same, maybe we could compile here are the traps (damaging floors, killing skulls, etc) we find, so if we come across a similar area, they won't catch us off our guard.

Here is the one that I found. Be careful if you encounter something like this:

EDIT:
I found another HP-draining trap, in another place I never saw before, so I'm assuming every place like this will have this trap.

If you ever find yourself in a room with a hole and a lamp surrounded by a fence like this...

... and a pair of water containers and a skull like these...

... take care when crossing this door.

There may be a trap at the end of the small passage it leads to.

Ah, if someone finds the places I'm listing, would they be as kind to report if they are also encountering traps there or not? You know, for research purposes. Thanks~

Might be necroing, but now that we know that all the dungeons are pregen and never changed besides the points of interest, this might as well be a good idea to mark the traps.
Now come to think of it, I remember having seen the same kind of trap in a small dead-end alcove exactly after the standard hole room. Don't recall if there were any water containers though, but it was the room with a hole and the trap was in the same dead end to the right of the hole room's exit. So it might be the same dungeon, the same dungeon block or the same dungeon block fragment.
