1 how can you create a bio of your character and not know the level?

Ed 'The Eagle' O'Brien is a Breton Spellsword/divine warrior/all round Man of Action. He wears a matching tan robe and hood, enchanted with shield and feather respectively via the gift of Transcendent Sigil Stones. A shield-giving pair of shoes offer further protection, and a Mundane Ring and Amulet of Axes ensure that anyone who attacks him is on the receiving end of 50-odd percent of damage reflection. A Ring of Purity protects him from poison, paralysis and disease. In the weapons department there's Amber Storm (Perfect Amber Bow enchanted with shock damage and weakness to shock) used with whatever arrows he has to hand (Madness at the moment, but usually Elven), an unenchanted glass war axe and last but not least his Fiery Hammer, a Perfect Amber Hammer which, surprisingly, does fire damage). His other hobbies include alchemy and exploring.

Ed has come from a dark background. Escaping from the Imperial prison he quickly fell in with what many would call 'a bad crowd', namely the Thieves' Guild, and when he was forced to kill a guard on a botched mission he was approached by the Dark Brotherhood, quickly joining their ranks. However, when he was attacked and almost killed by Daedra in the wilderness, coupled with his realisation of the enormous power of Sigil Stones, he decided to Save The World. He switched his black robe for a white one, became The Divine Avenger, became Champion of Cyrodiil, Grand Champion of the Arena and Arch-Mage, and defeated Umaril. Yes, he is now a Good Person and is now no longer infamous, he's just famous.

Named after the character Sandor Clegane (the Hound) and GRR Martin's Song of Fire and Ice series. I'll make a heavy armor warrior named Gregor when I get to it.

Oblivion is my first RPG I've played, unless you count Titan Quest, Dungeon Siege or Diablo 2 as RPGs...so I'm a newbie. It's a great game, though. I wear a mix of light and heavy armor...mostly glass and a set of chainmail greaves that boost my light armor and a pair of heavy armor gauntlets that boost the 3 B's.

I prefer to walk around rather than ride horseback or fast travel. Such a pretty game, it's a shame not to enjoy it. My current "hobby" is locating places so they register on the map...I might actually explore 25% of them, but I figure I'll get to all of them eventually.

Currently killing westfield bears (for the teeth) and collecting nirnroot plants.
