The Dark Brotherhood Extracurricular Hit List

The Slaughter Continues
If you are like me, you want to hunt the prey forevermore...

but not without purpose.
The idea here is to order and to accept contracts on NPCs. There are simply not enough contracts to finely hone your abilities, and I don't gain much satisfaction from killing aimlessly.
I need your help to make this a bit more fun and involving.
I would like to be able to RP contracts somehow, my basic idea is tell me (or others) who to kill and why. Perhaps we can come up with a reward/payment method here on the forum? Maybe we can even start a small UESP chapter off the Brotherhood? With ranks and such. individualized contracts would be fun too. Specified methods of assassination, basically a new chapter in all respects. My idea is refining as I type.
I'm all ears for Ideas and input, and if we get enough people interested this could be really cool I think.

Here's a list of NPCs I usually kill myself and the reasons.
Alessia Ottus
Imperial City Temple District
Religious zealot and a bigot. (Funny thing about bigotry. Hating a bigot makes you a bigot yourself as it would mean you are intolerant of their intolerant opinions. Still this [&@%!] needs to die.)
Count Marius Caro and Countess Alessia Caro
Castle Leyawiin
They torture Argonian and Khajiit immigrants. (In my headcanon, the Caros also accepted bribes from Blackwood Company which is how the Company managed to smuggle that huge Hist Tree into town under the city guard's nose.)
Count Regulus Terentius
Castle Bravil
Just talk to him and tell me you don't immediately want to ram a sword down his throat. Rude, arrogant, and a stick so far up his ass you can use him as a broom. Politicians like him should all be killed on sight.
Dairihill
Castle Anvil
Overall a nasty and snobbish woman who tries to use nepotism to get her cousin a position as Captain of the Anvil Guard. She's also sleeping with the guy she's trying to get her cousin to replace. So not only is she a detestable rancid [&@%!], she's also a back-stabbing [&@%!].
Gellius Terentius
Castle Bravil
Regulus Terentius' skooma-sucking son. Likely to succeed his father as Count. Bravil certainly can do better without him and his asshat father.
Hieronymus Lex
Imperial City Waterfront/Temple District
For using Myvryna Arano and then throwing her away like a soiled cloth. (I usually kill him when he's out on the road to Anvil. A more fitting punishment would be to use him in the same way he used Myvryna. Maybe get him dishonorably discharged, bring him to the edge of despair, then push.)
Lazare Milvan
Skingrad
Stuck-up noble snob. Like I need a better reason. (Pity you cannot actually duel him and put him in his place.)
The Orum Gang: Dulfish gro-Orum, Magub gro-Orum, Bazur gro-Gharz, Oghash gra-Magul
Cheydinhal
Kill them not because they're a bunch of gangsters, kill them because they're rude gangsters. If I was running a drug ring, I wouldn't be rude to everyone. It's bad for business.
Ulrich Leland
Cheydinhal
You know who he is and what he did. Talking to him in prison reveals he has no remorse. Make him scream. Break him before killing him.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NPC's I wish I could kill, but are Essential constantly.
Owyn and Ysabel Andronicus
Imperial City Arena.
Very very rude. Both of them. It's a bloody miracle the Arena can stay in business if they treat everyone who comes in to sign up like [&@%!].

You know, back in the day I used Gwinas as Casandra Serein's blood-soaked Golden Ticket to get to the Chocolate Factory. I roleplayed it in the sense that you shouldn't tip off the Mythic Dawn by letting a potential candidate warn his sponsor about the pesky Blades agent asking around at the bookstore. There's your roleplay.

There's a quest in Bruma that you have to make the death of a character look like an accident. If things go as planned the bodyguard still lives. Kill him after you're done with the quest. Another contract. "No loose ends" and all that jazz...

Caenlin is undoubtedly the client. Bad form to go killing your customers.
That invites discussion: how do these clients ensure their own survival? These folks are dealing with amoral, unfeeling killers who now know these folks' dirty secrets and just where they live.
In typical stories of the genre, assassins are tasked anonymously via a broker or handler who contacts the hitman with info on the target but no info on the client. That, or the client is a powerful crime/war/drug lord who uses the assassin as a precision tool in his/her large toolbox of thugs, bodyguards and enforcers.
But consider the hiring system of the Dark Brotherhood: Black Sacraments transcend social and economic class barriers. This means you get a healthy share of clients who sought the Brotherhood because they had no one else to turn to. People who are, in essence, utterly powerless. And face-to-face contact is required to set the contract. This bodes ill for the client should the assassin change his/her mind in any way.

That's Lucien's problem. Caenlin is just a crappy neighbour for your Bruma house.

All this killing
just to lay claim for the perfect village award, then?
My knowledge base, I'll admit, is based purely on popular fiction and movies about the subject. Contrary to belief, I have absolutely no real-life experience with professional killers.
(all the ones I know pursue it more as a hobby...)

This is why I love the Dark Brotherhood so much. They are the closest thing to a True Neutral faction in the game.
To them, murder is just business. They'll accept any client, rich or poor, noble or commoner, so long as they can pay the price.
Since it's business, the prices must be at least fair enough not to drive away customers.
They'll take any contract regardless of moral constraints.
I think I'd make a great Speaker for the Black Hand. I can just picture doing one of those law-firm commercials that plays in the middle of daytime soap operas.
"Are you the victim of a crime, but the Legion refuse to help you because the criminal happens to be some rich and powerful nobleman? We can help with that.
Want to off a family member so you can collect your inheritance early? Hey we can do that too.
Simply want some guy dead cause he stole your sweet roll? Don't worry this one is on us.
Just contact Lachance, Valtieri & Family. We'll kill for YOU!"

Nice list. I would agree with them all, except for Hieronymous Lex, because just knowing that I've wound him up like a spring, danced him around like a puppet, and toyed with his career is satisfying enough. I've been playing as a vampire character, so instead of killing these NPCs, I keep them alive as blood banks.
