Has anyone heard if Bethesda has plans for more add-ons to Skyrim? :) :?: After Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn?

No. No more patches and no more DLC. We've been on our own in that regard for quite some time now, and Bethesda is likely very busy right now programing for the new-gen consoles.

The good news is that fan-made mods are still coming out all the time. Edit: Oops, just saw that your on Xbox....er, sorry, you can't use mods.. :(

Bethesda officially washed their hands of further Skyrim development about a year after the game launched.

It was actually much later than that. Skyrim was released in November 2011. They announced no further content in early 2013, I wanna say March or April. Dragonborn was released during the Holiday season in 2012, a few months earlier.

I'll bet Todd's studio is hard at work on both Fallout 4 and TES 6 right now, but more so on the former. It'll be a few years until we get more TES single player. Be patient. Great games take time.

I didn't bother to Google the official Bethesda announcement when I first posted, so I said "about a year" in a general sense, which felt close enough for me. I knew it was a bit longer than that, but not by much.

Bethesda's "we're done with this" announcement was made in April 2013, according to Wikipedia. I guess 5 months is stretching the credibility of "about a year" somewhat, but it certainly doesn't qualify as "much later than that" either, as you put it.

I remember being shocked and disappointed when Bethesda officially threw in the towel. At 17 months, I didn't consider the game old, and there was still so much stuff that could (and should) have been fixed. I appreciate the bug fixes that they did implement, but Skyrim is still a game that requires Wiki research beforehand if pitfalls and disappointments are to be avoided.

It got about as much dlc as other elder scrolls work. Morrowind and Oblivion each got two big mission dlc's and then some extras.
