I absolutely love this armor with it's silver/gold colors. Is there anyway I can get this armor for my character without using mods?

I used the kill command in the console to kill a high ranking guard that had that armor on, but when I checked his inventory I didn't see the armor anywhere. I don't know why. [&@%!] me off.

Is it possible to get that armor for my character without using mods?

P.S.: I'm not actually playing the game yet, I've just been testing, getting the settings right for my computer.

Without mods, no. The Guard Captain armor is flagged 'unplayable' and you'd have to change that setting in the construction set in order to make it lootable/wearable.

Is there a mod that allows me to wear that armor? I can deal with a small mod as long as I don't have to get into Oblivions CS. I'm not good with its CS yet. I'm better at Morrowinds.

By the way, I was talking about this over at the Official Bethesda forum and told someone what Dark Spark said and he just called you guys morons for some reason.

He says that I can steal a set from the guard barracks. He's on 360 though, and it has literally been years since I played the 360 version, so I'm not sure about that.

He's either lying or thinking of the common Legion armor.

That's probably what he was talking about then
