I did everything I needed to, got the old bag to give me the potion. Two problems: one, she only gave me one bottle, and two, I can't find the Count. I talk to his servant, who tells me to wait patiently and the count will be right there, but he never shows. I've waited 3 days.

I think part of the issue is that I'm simultaneously doing the Mage's Guild quest were I eradicate the nest of vampires, and both quests are controlled by Count Whatshisname. What's the console command to complete them both? I've done everything for both of them that I need to do. I just want to talk to the Count so I can get my reward.

Have you tried finishing the vampire quest first? Or just sneak around the castle to find the count? In the few cases when I was in a hurry and woke him up in his bedroom, he wasn't really offended.

There seems to be no time of day where he's in his bedroom.

That can't be true, I sneak in there all the time for kicks.

Edit: And he is in there a lot.

Well, during that mages guild quest he might be outside, by the cave.

I thought he temporarily spawned out there during that quest, as I don't recall seeing him anywhere around the area when I was doing that quest, and it took a bit of riding around since I had my markers off.

I have the same problem with the count. He is nowhere to be found. I did the vampirism quest to cure me but I never turned in the second bottle to the count. I still have it in my inventory. Then I received the quest from the mages guild to go talk to the count of Skingrad. I went to skingrad and talked to the lady in the hall and she keeps telling me that the count will be with me in a minute. I have waited days and he NEVER shows up. I have looked all through the whole castle and he is not anywhere in the castle.
Is there a command to reset an NPC? or a command to complete a quest to get past this thing?

had this happen.....went off for a few days and did some more quests went back and then talked to the court assistant. sh told me to follow herr into this underground cavern where he is located.

if i remeber corectly after you talk to the count about the mage guild quest go back to the university and talk to the head guy there about it. then i think you can finish the vampire quest....
