As you may or may not know, every Tamrielic month corresponds to a real world Gregorian calendar month--as well, every birthsign (excluding the Serpent, which drifts and has no specific month) corresponds to a certain Tamrielic month. So...what is YOUR Tamrielic birthday and birthsign?

The months, Tamrielic and Gregorian, and their birthsigns are Morning Star (January/The Ritual), Sun's Dawn (February/The Lover), First Seed (March/The Lord), Rain's Hand (April/The Mage), Second Seed (May/The Shadow), Midyear (June/The Steed), Sun's Height (July/The Apprentice), Last Seed (August/The Warrior), Hearthfire (September/The Lady), Frostfall (October/The Tower), Sun's Dusk (November/The Atronach), and Evening Star (December/The Thief). All of this info came from our beloved wiki.

Plus, you'd get some pretty sweet powers from your birthsign, so you could mention those as well!

As well, you could determine your birth year. The latest canonical events in the universe of The Elder Scrolls are those that take place in Skyrim, in the year 201 of the Fourth Era. So, yknow, subtract your age from 201, or whatever.

--Were *I* born in Tamriel, it would have been on the 9th of Sun's Dusk, in the year 182 of the Fourth Era. The sign of The Atronach, who shall aid me with my appointed burden! Stunted Magicka sucks, no magicka recharge for me from resting--but there'd be a deep pool of magicka for me to tap into, plus spell absorption would be pretty sweet! Whenever I choose to play as -myself- in an Elder Scrolls game, I pick The Atronach. It provides some interesting challenges and perks. Might not be my first choice, but then, we don't get to choose the circumstances of our birth and life, do we? Heheh.

Casandra Serein, my Dark Brotherhood archer, bears the sign of The Apprentice. So she was born at Sun's Height. I would have liked it if she was born on the solstice, but I find The Steed useless. Would've fit her well, really, being born at the summer solstice. Because that means every day after her birth became shorter and darker as the world plunged into winter.

It is the antithesis of the Celtic notion on the Sun Child, someone who was born at the winter solstice. The Sun Child represents the return of life because every new day they see becomes longer and warmer.

Would Varyag be a Skyrim character, she would have been born year 161 of Fourth Era, on 11th day of Sun's Height, and birtstone would The apprentice (agh for 100 % weakness to magic, wouldn't mind the faster magic regeneration..I never pick the Apprentice Stone).

My kids would have been born in Midyear (Steed Stone) of year 192 4E and Last Seed (The Warrior) of year 187 4E.
Hubby would be The Mage

My sign would either be the Lovers or the Lord depending on how you look at it. Pisces is usually analogous to March but there's a short time in February where one can be a Pisces like myself; if it's like that in TES, then I'm under the Lord.

29th of Midyear, so most likely the Serpent.

I'd have been born the 28th of Midyear, so either the Steed or the Apprentice depending on how the birthsigns work.

Well, I've not seen anything to indicate that the birthsigns work like ours do, so for all intents and purposes, let's just say that it just corresponds to one solid month.

And Rook, that'd be the Steed, not the Serpent. The Serpent doesn't have any particular month. It drifts around randomly, so it's very rare to be born under the Serpent. So, uh, let's say that if you've been shot before, you were born under the Serpent. So I really hope nobody will legitimately claim to be 'born' under the Serpent, here.

29th of Midyear, in the year before the Argonians landed on Solstheim. The Steed.

Ability: Charioteer - OK, I suppose, because I'm a daily commuter and do a fair bit of driving. The +100 carry weight from Skyrim would come in handy for weekend shopping. Not too bad, all in all.

I like mine: 3rd of Sun's Dawn, Lover's Stone. Those born under this stone always feel lover's comfort. Sounds about right.

Twenty-third of First Seed, in the year of the Fourth Era, 174.

So I'm under the sign of the Lord. Is this the new Lord Sign, which is a defensive character's dream, or the older one, which made one weak to Fire but capable of healing. Actually, you know what, I have actually sensitivity issues with heat and high temperatures, and I do heal pretty quickly, so I'm going to think of the old sign style, as it fits me in real life.

This is kinda interesting. Maybe I'll make a character in Oblivion that has the Lord Sign now, a "me" in the Third Era.
