Our Mandate

The League of Assassins is a North American PS4 guild in the Aldmeri Dominion seeking to further the enjoyment of the game for its guild-mates and helping them to achieve their personal goals, such as reaching level 50, conquering Cyrodil, obtaining that hard-to-find gear, crafting the most bad-ass armour or weapon ever seen, or just having fun.

We do not think of our members as just that. The League of Assassins is more than that, we are a team, and our members are team mates. Hence we will be referring to members as guild-mates from here on out. Officers are guild-mates in a leadership capacity with a variety of privileges and they will often be in charge of various aspects of the guild, such as PvE, exploration, PvP, or crafting.

My name is Shadelon, and I am the leader of this guild. My co-leader, Sirpewnsalot, is in charge of all PvP endeavours for the League of Assassins. From here I shall lay out our Creed, which are our rules, and I hope that you will find that our policies fit you as a player and that you will decide to join us in Tamriel when ESO launches on PS4 in June.

We are seeking guild-mates of a mature and adult mind who wish the same as us, to help others enjoy the game as much as possible and who wish assistance in achieving their own goals as well. Please read on to discover our policies and rules.

DISCLAIMER: For now it would appear you will have to go to my profile for the link to the site. Sorry about this.

Our Creed

These are our laws. We live by them, we die by them. Read and remember them well.

Age Requirement Policy

As stated above, we are seeking guild-mates of a sound and mature mind, able to compose themselves in an adult manner. As such, we have a strict age requirement. All who apply must be at least 17 years of age or older. Any who younger than 17 will find their applications denied. However we encourage you to re-apply upon your 17th birthday.

Interview Policy

All applicants will be subject to a one on one interview with an approved officer. This is merely a formality to ensure you are of mature mind and will fit in well with the guild. These interviews can be conducted in a forum of your choosing, either via instant messaging on Skype, private messaging on any forum upon which we have an established presence (TESO Elite or UESP), via private messaging on PSN, or via whisper chat in-game once ESO launches on PS4 in June. During this interview, we will inform you of what we expect from you, ask you questions about what you are looking to achieve by joining us, your style of play, etc. Please don't freak out about this process, as stated it is a mere formality, nothing more.

Positive Environment Policy

We will not have ESO's environment polluted by any negative behaviour, such as but not limited to: back and forth arguments in guild or zone chat (what we call drama), trolling, trash-talking, etc. We have a zero tolerance policy of all such things, within the guild or otherwise. Any one found to be conducting such behaviour will receive a warning. Upon receiving a second warning, if you continue such behaviour, you will be expelled from the League of Assassins. Read on to discover more about our expulsion policy and how you might be able to re-join if you have been expelled.
Please take any disputes you may have with another player to whisper chat, so that the rest of us may play in peace.

Open Door Policy

We encourage our guild-mates to contact our officers with any questions you may have, any suggestions you believe may help further the guild's objectives, or any grievance you may have with another guild-mate. Do you believe we are doing something wrong? Tell us, we want to hear whatever you have to say. Do you think there is an event we should be running? Let us know, we may even let you run it!

As always, the forums on our site are open to any one of our guild-mates to post whatever suggestions they may have, be it positive or negative, we want to hear it.

Event Attendance Policy

The League of Assassins will hold various events weekly and bi-weekly for various aspects of the game, including exploration runs, dungeon runs, PvP raids, etc. These events will be posted on our site's calender, with a start time. Anyone who wishes to attend is urged to be present at the start time in order for their attendance to be counted.

However, attendance in any event is not at all required and is strictly voluntary, though there may be incentives for those that do.

Anyone who does attend any of our events will be required to have a headset or use the mic included with the PS4. We will be using the PS4's Party Chat app for voice communications, and this will be required. Text communications during events will not be acceptable. Please help us ensure a successful event by using voice communication.

Contribution Policy

Guild-mates are urged to visit the site regularly and post on the forum with constructive input in order to further build our community. We also encourage our guild-mates to direct any potential new guild-mates to our site so that they may apply.

Respect Policy

All of our guild-mates and officers are expected to always treat others, guild-mate or otherwise, with absolute respect. When out in Tamriel, behave under the assumption that your actions will reflect upon the entire League of Assassins. When in discussion with your fellow guild-mates, treat them with respect. There will be no harassment or drama. If there is, the officers will hear about it, and you can be sure you will be warned.

Expulsion Policy

Anyone found breaking any of our laws will receive a warning. Upon receiving your second warning, if you continue such behaviour, you will be expelled from the League of Assassins. However, you may be able to re-join, provided you learn from your mistakes.

After 1 week, if you still wish to re-join, you are encouraged to contact one of our officers. If that officer deems your lesson learned, you will be allowed to re-join, but on a probationary status. Said officer will be your probation guardian. They will help keep you on the straight and narrow, so that you may achieve full guild-mate status once more. Do yourself a favour and follow their advice. We want you to be able to have a second chance, but only if you earn it.

If, after 1 month of being on probation, you have conducted yourself according to our Creed, the officers of the guild will discuss removing you from probation and allowing you to re-join in full status. Be wary. You must earn your way back. It won't just be handed to you on a silver platter. So act accordingly.

Our Word

We are, mostly, a casual laid back guild, simply out to further the enjoyment of the game for us and everyone else and just have fun. However we can and will be hardcore when it counts the most. If you think our ideals match your own, we encourage you to apply. If you have any questions about the guild, please contact myself, Shadelon, or my co-leader, Sirpewnsalot, either on PSN or on any of the aforementioned forums upon which we have an established presence. Thank you for your interest and we hope to see you in Tamriel!

If anyone has a critique/creative tips about my guild thread here, regardless of your own platform, I'd love to hear it, and it's greatly appreciated. By my own admission this is the first time I've made a guild, so, I'll take any help I can get.
