Problems with MGE

Hey guys, so I used MGE on my old computer (windows 8 ) and MGE worked perfect. Later on I got a brand new computer that has windows 7. I installed MGE exactly like I did on my old computer but nothing is happening. No distant land, no water changed. nothing . Steam in game is turned off, and I know MGE is working, cause the options that allow you to skip the opening movies are working, and the 1920x1080 resolution is working. I really need some help, I want to enjoy morrowind with awesome graphics.
