What's Next for Bethesda?

Anyone know? I read they acquired the rights to Fallout, and I think I read that they will use a style similar to Oblivion. I think it would be totally killer if they did Fallout in First-Person Perspective, I can't get into the overhead RPGs as easily as I've been able to ease into Oblivion. I grew up on FPS, played Quake 1 for six years; the world-interaction in Oblivion is just so intuitive for someone like me. I think that's one of the reasons I've stayed with the game for so long.
Are they working on another Elder Scrolls game? I wonder how long it will take for both the Fallout game and a new Elder Scrolls game to come out, if they're even working on both.
