I'd like to sell the sword Dawnbreaker. I have found that I can sell it to armor vendors, but not to blacksmiths, though blacksmiths will buy every other weapon I have.

You can sell it to blacksmith's when you have the Mercentile perk(lvl 50) in Speech skill.

I always hold onto it though, mainly as decotration of my house:P But at first for the ''Oblivion Walker'' archievement.

You don't actually have to keep the items in order to get that achievement. The game tracks which items you've acquired.

serious? that would save me a lot of space

I don't any money, so i use dawnbreaker as decoration cause it's so pretty

Why would you do that?

You wouldn't get much for it anyway, I think you would be better off putting it on display. But at the end of the day it is your choice. You can sell it or throw it off the Throat of the World if you want.

Many mage type vendors will buy it.
