Hello dear forum users!
I'm a Wood Elf now and I'm sneaky archer and hunting animals but I have a few questions
1- What can I do with goat horns?
2- Should I sell hunted animals furs or make them leather then sell?
3- Should I sell meat of animals?
4- A vampire and 2 vampire dogs attacked Whiterun and killed blacksmith guy and daughter of avenicci (other blacksmith woman) will they return or they gone permanently?
Thank you.

1. Light scones in the hearthfire houses
2. I would say leather, in my experience it brings more gold. Plus, you can use them to raise your smithing skill by crating things
3. Depends if you plan in eating it yourself. Really this is a roleplaying issue.
4. I think they are gone, but don't hold me to that.

1- What can I do with goat horns?
No idea it's part of an DLC i guess.
2- Should I sell hunted animals furs or make them leather then sell?
I would use them to lvl smithing, also a little source of income
3- Should I sell meat of animals?
It does not really mater it't not a great source of income. I always just eat it.
4- A vampire and 2 vampire dogs attacked Whiterun and killed blacksmith guy and daughter of avenicci (other blacksmith woman) will they return or they gone permanently?
see one, and when playing on pc what CBR said

Leather armour to make money, leather helmets to raise smithing.

Most animal pelts actually sell for more than the leather you can craft from them, but if you intend to level smithing you can use the leather to make Leather Gear that typically sells for more- If you want to raise smithing, make leather, if not, just sell pelts.
Animal meat can be sold, but usually not for much- If you ever feel your character is nearing the encumbrance limit, its better to drop the meat than the pelts of most animals. Of course, for immersion and roleplay, meat is just as important a trade item.
And regrettably, yes, those two are gone now. Vampire attacks persist from once you reach level 8 with DG installed, to when you finish that questline in either faction's favour- It often means a desperate scramble and plenty of save-reloading at low levels in order to save beloved/useful NPCs- Avoid fast travelling directly to cities in order to lessen the number of vampire attacks- for example, fast travel to the Honningbrew Meadery, and walk from there to Whiterun- it's safer
