i have had a bug in the affairs of the wizard quest where the dead drop does not appear even after i had killed him. has anyone else had this bug?

Hmm...That is odd...There usually is a cloth sack next to the Great Oak in Chorrol. I'd try checking again. I could not find the sack the first time, but it is kind of hard to spot.
