I'm a Wisconsinite, so liking cheese is in my blood. Good ol' cheddar is my favorite. And nothing can beat curds fresh from the cheese factory.

The best cheddar we can get here in Jordan is some Irish stuff, which we buy in Amman. But I'm sure there are much better ones out there...

Personally I'm not the biggest fan of cheese, never have been. By far cheddar is far from food to me. However that does not mean all are void 
I actually do like using very particular cheeses in my cooking, Parmesan is certainly my favorite and can eat straight. Following up are Asiago, Romano, Mozzarella, and a bit of provolone if mixed with the rest. At times however I do exclusively crave the cheese, and thus I turn to Colby Jack, but only so if I crave. It's more or less a need of more calcium in my diet, and somehow that's what I turn to
I enjoy it cold and fresh, straight without supplements, but when my craving is gone it's just pure disgust...
Still, even if most blends I cannot tolerate, my family love every bit and I know how to cook with oh so many to please

Not a big cheese fan, but like it mixed with something else mostly, or occasionally on crackers.
Seriously Strong cheddar (that's the brand!) Is always my go to cheese. Dislike the mild ones.
The worst is that salty, super rubbery one -halloumi.
Least favourite use: on sandwiches.

I like most types of cheese. I flat out refuse to touch Stilton or any variation of it because of one reason. It's [&@%!] moldy cheese. Do hate it when the cheese i get for my pastabake falls apart when i grate it as it can ruin the damn thing.

By the ferry building here there's a place called Cowgirl Creamery where you can get all kinds of cheeses imaginable. That with some fresh bread from the ACME Bread place right next door, and some Scharffen Berger chocolate and it's a meal, mmm.

You guys are killing me. 
I prefer goat cheeses...but I rather like Havarti. I had it for the first time this week and it's quite delicious. However, nothing beats the deliciousness of the beyaz peynir in Turkey. Mmm, mmm, that white cheese is a great snack.

I like cheese, sure. But I absolutely hate "processed cheese", i.e., "American cheese". It's vinyl with a lower melting point, and should be outlawed.
