Lighting bug?

Hello there! Haven't been playing my Skyrim for a while and I decided to wind it up yesterday but after patching it to the newest version I got some lighting problems. It's dark as hell in the night and I really can't see a thing, like all the light sources burned out or something and in the noon it's like it's late afternoon, somewhere around 5:00 PM? And I think dungeons got a little bit darker, but it's not a huge deal. I had Climates of Tamriel installed beforehand, could it be the source of issue?

Have you tried disabling Climates and going in game?

Just tried it out and it worked. Then I loaded Climates back and everything was fine, pretty weird.

Damn, it didn't work for long, it's still the same in other areas of the game...

Three questions:
1) Are you using an ENB in addition to Climates?
2) How much VRAM does your card have?
3) How old is your video card?
I'm beginning to suspect hardware not software as the issue.

1) Nope
2) 896 Mb
3) About 4 or 5 years old

It sounds to me that your video ram gets maxed out then the issue begins. Is Climates one of your 'essential' mods? If not I would seriously consider shelving it. Skyrim is a hog when it comes to VRAM. Though to be fair, my old video card that I first started playing Skryim with had only slightly more VRAM than yours (1Gb) but I was careful as to how many and what type of texture replacers I had running. I wish I could be of more help than this, but it's my best guesstimate of your issue.
