How to Shout?

I just fully unlocked the Shout to summon Durnehviir, but whenever I press Z to do so, I can only get 1 or 2 words out. However, do I get all 3? Do I hold down Z or tap it?

The reason why u r not getting the 3rd word of shout is because you are not shouting outside and on flat place. If u shout indoors or on rocky/elevated place or water or into sky it won't work. It a summoning shout therefore must be shouted on the ground clear of things like rocks bushes or npcs.

The shout actually does work indoors.

Unlike Odahviing's shout. The reason is the game treats Durnehviir as a conjured creature, hence why you have to look down.

You have to look at the ground and make sure your cursor isn't red.
Then hold down the shout button.
