Motto
• Mul Fen Zind (The strong shall Triumph)
The Three Kings
The three kings will act as the three supreme rulers of the guild. They have absolute control over rules and laws but must come to a mutual agreement to pass any law. The three Kings are to be respected, despite any disagreement at hand.
• Dhiren Ra’Kishan: Khajiit king of the Vale. Crowned Dhiren the Conqueror. Founder of the guild.
• Raflorn Estrabach: Bosmer king of the Vale. Crowned Raflorn the Forgotten.
• Volanare. Altmer King of the Vale. Crowned Volanare the Revenant.

Hideout
What will be available: The hideout’s location is still being debated but the likely location is the Labarynthian, or Halldir’s Cairn. Inside the Hideout will be spare money pouches for those in great need. Do not be greedy, speak with one of the kings before taking money. Weapons will be available for those in need as well. Armor will be available as well. If the armor is better than the one you currently have, by all means take it. Do not take the armor to sell though. The same goes for weapons. Within the Hideout, there should be any spare item you should need. Including potions, food, or lock picks. I highly encourage members to leave any spare items in the hideout for other members to use. Do not give away the location of the hideout to anyone.

Jobs of Players
The Three kings of the Vale will be able to assume any role they chose. But only as a side activity. They will not be paid. But other members will have as many designated jobs as the kings see fit. The current jobs are:
• Spy: There will be as many spies as deemed necessary. The spies will be a member of the guild but also join another guild. They will secretly report any information they find important while serving under the other guild.
• Ambassador: the head of relations will manage alliances with other guilds. They will make sure everything is peaceful, settle disputes, request aid, and arrange events planned by the kings.
• Steward: A steward will be the one who helps one of the kings in any way possible whether that be following him on a quest, or fetching something for the guild. (Will
• Guards: The guards will be assigned to guard the Hideout. This doesn’t mean you stay at the hideout. It means you occasionally check in on the hideout and make sure there aren’t any people there who aren’t supposed to be there.
• Assassins: Assassins are people that kill anyone that is needed to be killed for the good of the guild. Whether it is to eliminate a player because of a grudge or to retrieve something of high value from other players.
• Thieves: Thieves will steal anything from anyone for the guild.
• Treasury: There will be two members of the treasury. They are the money makers of the guild. They find the guild players who need something done or stolen. They find anyway to make the guild very wealthy.
• Advisors: There will be three advisors, one for each King, They will help the King make executive decisions inside and outside the Elder Council whether it be with alliances, inducting a new member, kicking a player, or planning an event.

The Elder Council
The Elder Council is basically the congress of the guild. It helps solve problems and/or disputes between and among members of the guild. If a problem arises, the Elder Council meets and discusses the matter, and then votes on a solution. The Elder Council can also pass new tenets. For this to happen, someone may think up a new law, call together the Elder Council and propose it. Strong back up must be provided supporting the bill in order for it to be addressed. The Elder Council will consist of eight members, three of which are the Kings of the Vale. The Kings of the Vale have veto power. The Grandmaster of the Elder Council is Mitch Scott whose character name is Figman. He is second in command of the Elder Council after the Kings. There will be an inner circle within the Elder Council which will consist of the Three Kings and the Grandmaster.
