Is there any mod out there that gives you a reanimate spell?
If so, I would love to have it.
If not, then I would ask another question: Can you make your own spell effects?

1. I have no freaking idea.
2. Yes.

You may find something with a Google search "morrowind reanimate spell"

Take a look? For some reason I couldn't get through for exact links. Sorry.
